Refund Policy

The refund request can be accepted within 24 hours after the completion of the transaction, provided that it does not affect the secondary use of the product.
PayPal will deposit a refund based on the payment method of the original payment.

If you use a credit card, PayPal will deposit the refund into your credit card. If you use a source of funds other than your credit card, the refund will be deposited into your PayPal account balance. If you use both a credit card and other sources, the part of the credit card payment will be deposited into the credit card and the rest will be deposited into your PayPal account balance.

Please note that refunds deposited with a credit card may take up to 30 days to appear on your bill.

If the payment is rejected, the fund will be returned to the corresponding fund source of the payment. If you pay with PayPal balance funds, the money will be returned to your PayPal account. If you use a credit card to fund the payment, the money will be returned to your card.

Depending on your issuer’s specific policy, it may take up to 30 days for a refund to the credit card.
